Phoenix Houses of Long Island, Inc.

Phoenix House seeks to make capital repairs and improvements to the infrastructure of its existing treatment complex by replacing the roof, boilers, and HVAC system that have each reached the end of their life cycle (over 25+ years) as well as installing a modern commercial kitchen. The project includes repurposing a building gutted by a fire into a transitional residence for those patients who have completed their treatment and are in need of short term housing.
