This project will develop a program in respiratory viral illnesses focused on patients with chronic respiratory, cardiac, and immunologic diseases to enhance the management of patients with COVID-19 and inform treatment and prevention of influenza and other respiratory infections in future pandemics. Funds will renovate and update an existing space to house the program and provide new equipment to enable treatment and research.

The CDS will go towards expansion and renovation of Labette’s Independence facility, which includes an emergency department, infusion center, and a rural health clinic.

Northern Arizona Healthcare Wound Care Center – This project will fund the construction and purchase of equipment to support a wound care center at Northern Arizona Healthcare’s hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. The wound care center will be able to utilize the best and latest treatments and equipment for wound care.

Establishes the Boone Memorial Health and Wellness Center in a space formerly filled by Magic Mart in Danville, WV.
