The funds for this project will go towards the construction of an overhead parkway deck on the one-mile portion of the Kensington Expressway (New York State Route 33) between East Ferry Street and Best Street in Buffalo, NY. $631,000,000 (2021 estimates) will go towards the design and construction phases, and an additional $7,000,000 will be required to finalize the Environmental Impact Study to complement our 2014 Economic Impact Study.

US Army Corps of Engineers

The Town of Hempstead operates water wells in six Town controlled water districts in south west Nassau County servicing in excess 125,000 residents. Beginning 2013 with the implementation of contaminant monitoring, a number of compounds were discovered in the groundwater. These compounds are 1.4 dioxane, trichloropropane, chromium and other chemicals. The sources of these chemicals has been publicly identified as originated from the manufacturing operations in northern Nassau County. New York St

Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center DBA LO

Funds will allow the Hospital to develop the Former John J Foley Nursing Home, a 14 acre, 180,000 site. The current plan for the building is to have multiple types of health care services for the Community, including nursing home beds, assisted living beds, and substance abuse beds.

Long Island Community Hospital

Nursing home no longer an asset that created jobs or economic stimulus to the county. Develop the 14 acre site/180,000 sq ft building to provide healthcare services to the community we serve.

US Army Corps of Engineers

Requested funds will be spent on capital improvements to consolidate Chemung County's two wastewater treatment plants, Milton Street and Lake Street, into a single, regional treatment facility located at the Milton Street site. This will include engineering design and construction services, upgrades and expansion of the Milton Street treatment plant, conveyance of flows from Lake Street to Milton Street, and decommissioning of the Lake Street treatment plant.

Town of Huntington, NY

The Town of Huntington is requesting funding for the construction of new public sewer infrastructure to serve both the low/moderate income hamlet of Huntington Station and the Melville Employment Center. Local government partnerships have completed a feasibility study as well as allocated funds for engineering and this effort is critical to continuing a 9+ year public/private partnership revitalization effort.

City of Binghamton

The Ogdensburg Bridge and Port Authority is seeking $43,940,600 for a major construction project on the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge. The project components include replacing the superstructure of the US plate girder spans 1 to 8, Canadian deck truss spans 18 to 23, and the Canadian plate girder spans 24 to 32 plus cleaning and painting the Canadian plate girder spans 24 to 32, main cables, and the suspender ropes.

Mary Cariola Children's Center

For program efficiencies and improvements, as well as opportunities to grow and accommodate more students with complex disabilities, we are seeking funding to support the construction of new school facilities that will allow us to consolidate our three (3) leased campuses onto a single campus that we own.
