This project will provide a new interchange on Interstate-29 at 85th Street, reconstruct and add capacity to one mile of the 85th Street crossroad, and provide an auxiliary lane to Louise Avenue in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Joint project with Lincoln County, City of Sioux Falls, City of Tea, to connect a growing population in southern Sioux Falls to the rest of the city.

Sioux Metro Growth Alliance

This project constructs wastewater conveyance systems from the communities of Colton, Lyons, and Crooks to a new mechanical treatment facility in Hartford, allowing for further residential, commercial, and industrial development while mitigating negative environmental impacts associated with growth.

To remedy overdue federal payments to enable construction of the Madison, SD segment (lines 2 through 4) of the Lewis and Clark Regional Water System.

The City of North Sioux City

North Sioux City is seeking $17 million to complete a realignment, bypass project on Northshore Drive that would route farm, school and residential traffic from west of McCook Lake off of the existing Northshore Drive. According to officials with North Sioux City, the existing road has poor visibility and safety issues and is at risk of falling apart due to the traffic.

This project will make highway improvements on SD 385.
