Separation of base traffic from non-base traffic, reducing delays and supporting future force protection planned on PAFB. Project will also improve access to non-base related commercial/retail businesses and county residents.

This project will improve traffic operations and install multimodal accommodations at the PAFB North Gate. The recommended improvements separate the base traffic from non-base traffic at a new roundabout while providing bike, pedestrian, and transit access where none exists today.

Building a new visitor's center at the U.S. Air Force Academy with the associated infrastructure to provide public access and circulation to the development.
