The Aliveness Project seeks $100,000 in direct appropriation funding to help us expand our existing physical space to accommodate the growing staff needed to meet the increased needs of low-income Minnesotans living with HIV. Despite reduced days/hours due to the pandemic, in 2020 the Aliveness Project was able to serve nearly 30,000 meals, distribute over 210,000 pounds of groceries, conduct 600 HIV tests to high-risk populations, and provide housing resources to 50 people.
