Funding for this project would be used to replace Suffolk’s outdated Computer-Aided Dispatching (CAD) system in the City’s Emergency Communication Center and the Police Records Management System (RMS) in the Suffolk Police Department’s Records Management Center. The current CAD system was installed in 2001, which is a security deficiency.
