Through this appropriation, the City of Euclid aspires to plan and construct an off-road, 10' wide paved multi-modal trail along the corridor as recommended by the locally adopted 'Euclid Avenue TLCI Plan'. The trail project will be shovel ready in FY22 and coincide with a complete resurfacing of Euclid Avenue, a primary commercial corridor consisting of 3.5 miles on State Route 20.
