MVNHC's Behavioral Health Services for Homebound Elderly and Disabled will provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy to MVNHC's homebound elderly and disabled residents living in NY-16. Participants in the program will receive a home visit from an MVNHC Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and adults who are assessed as experiencing anxiety and depression will be offered once-weekly individual or family therapeutic sessions with the LCSW.
