The reconstruction of Homer Avenue would include 4500 feet of full depth reconstruction from Groton Avenue to the City line. Through this stretch the existing pavement varies in width between 28’ to 38’ and accommodates two, three, and four lanes of traffic. Nearly 8000 vehicles per day travel along the northern segment from the city line to Main Street, and 4200 vehicles per day travel along the southern section from Main Street and Groton Avenue.
