As part of the City’s ongoing effort to eliminate Combined Sewer Overflows, they have conducted field investigations of the Oak Grove area of the city, an area that has the most sewer overflows. They identified upgrades to existing sanitary sewer lines. The request would pay for this construction, as well as for engineering fees associated with the project implementation.
