Pickaway Co. Transportation Improvement District
This project included a bridge and associated roadways over the Norfolk Southern and CSX rail lines to connect development areas to the rail yards and to Rickenbacker Parkway. It will provide alternative routes from industrial areas on ether side of the rail yard to Ohio SR 23 to reduce traffic and improve safety in already clogged interchange located at Rt 762 and Ohio SR 23. The costs estimate (2019 $) for the bridge is $3.7 million and for the roads on either side is an additional $4 million. All benefits explained in attached white paper and material.
