This project leverages an investment made by the Texas Legislature to \nCenter for Midstream Management and Science to address midstream critical \ninfrastructure cybersecurity threats in Southeast Texas and expands it statewide. \nOperational Technology (OT) is the use of hardware and software to monitory and \ncontrol physical processes, devices, and infrastructure. However, the midstream industry \nsuffers from a severe shortage of cybersecurity experts familiar with its operations and \ntechnologies. This project leverages the only center in the U.S. with research, training, \neducation, and outreach capabilities to directly serve the midstream industry\u2019s \ncybersecurity needs
