The proposed project would convert 4,000 square feet at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center into a state-of-the-art education and learning environment for a new Family Medicine Residency Program. This program would benefit our local communities through continued access to care and through economic development. The National Institute of Health states, “training program graduates who stay in the local community and become active on the medical staff of their training institution support the institution
