Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries
As you begin crafting the fiscal year 2023 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies bill, I respectfully request that you give consideration to the following funding priority: provide a funding level of $5,055,844 for the Oregon Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Facilities Construction and Equipment Investment as a community project funding request. The intended recipient is the Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries located at PO BOX 933, Newberg, Oregon 97132. The project would be a valuable use of taxpayer funds because it will allow Oregon\u2019s Relief Nursery sites to expand critical infant and early childhood mental health services to more than 680 children and help young children grow in environments where they can build a healthy foundation for their future.
