City of Leesburg
The City of Leesburg will use these funds for installation of a pump station on the proposed recreation facility. This pump station and force main will allow for continued development of the recreation complex. Additionally, this pump station and additional clean water infrastructure improvements will provide the necessary infrastructure needed for attracting new businesses and industries to the county and allow for this agriculturally dependent to diversify its economic resources as a best practice to withstand future economic shocks. This project will provide additional jobs, safeguard against natural disasters, and promote economic recovery efforts in the region.
