In order to help replenish the housing stock that was devastated by Hurricane Michael and two tornadoes, this funding will enable Mt. Olive Community Outreach Center, Inc. to renovate an additional 75 units of affordable housing. This project is needed because it can assist with decreasing the affordable housing shortage in Albany, Georgia and those communities surrounding Albany, Georgia.
