“It is critical that we secure funding for this project to ensure long-term success and effectiveness. To that end, we request this Community Project Funding to allow us to hire three case managers, a community engagement coordinator, as well as secure operations funds and service dollars.Although we have a strong early start to this project, we are requesting this funding to allow us to fully staff our pilot in collaboration with the Elgin Police Department and the expansion to the Kane County
