Utah System of Higher Education
The Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) would administer CPF dollars to technical colleges and degree granting institutions for the purchasing of equipment required to expand program offerings to meet employment needs of the state. As the state system of higher education, we would work closely with regional healthcare workforce providers in to identify areas in the state to expand programs where they are needed the most. Adding this vital training equipment allows institutions to offer more cohorts to students, allows the enrollment of more K-12 students, and gives the state the opportunity to offer night courses and other delivery methodologies to reach underserved/unrepresented populations.
