City of Belton, TX

Belton proposes to replace and relocate a substandard 10' wide bridge, which serves as a low water street crossing over Nolan Creek, that is located east of IH-35 near Central Avenue. The current bridge acts as a dam and threatens adjacent properties with flooding, inhibits emergency vehicle and personnel access, and prevents ready access to the City's principal sanitary sewer lift station and the City's Regional Shooting Range and Training Center. A relocated bridge will address these vital goals including: flood mitigation for private and public properties east of IH 35; emergency access for vehicles and personnel; access to essential city infrastructure---lift station, sewer lines, and water lines; access to the Regional Range and Training Center used by area public safety personnel; and an improved access will increase the opportunity for development of landlocked properties.

Procurement pursuit intelligence

This project has been enacted. FFID maps funded projects to likely downstream procurement channels — including recipient portals, state and local systems, agency programs, and Grants.gov. SAM.gov is monitored, but many CPF/CDS-funded opportunities appear first through recipient or state/local procurement systems.
