The Bluestem Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge project consists of construction of a bicycle/pedestrian bridge across the Red River between Moorhead MN and Fargo ND. The bridge is planned adjacent to the Bluestem Center for the Arts, a 3,000-seat amphitheater built in 2009 hosting the acclaimed Trollwood Performing Arts High School Theater program and numerous local, regional, and national concerts and events.
