The Water Resources Development Act of 2020 modified Section 595 Wester Rural Water environmental infrastructure authority to include the state of Arizona. This request would provide funding for the Arizona authority to assist small, rural and tribal communities address their water infrastructure needs. This funding will allow them to improve their systems before performance and reliability are compromised while at the same time hardening them to mitigate the impacts of climate change and future
