The federal funds will be highly leveraged with private capital, for every $1 of federal funds, the project will produce $10.66 dollars of private investment. The project will have a significant economic impact offering opportunities to women, minority \nand small business contractors through $26 million dollars in construction over the next two years. The project will be a community asset to the larger neighborhood as its amenities including community gardens; pickle-ball courts; a large community room; and 4000 square feet of commercial space that will house medical facilities, will serve not just the residents of the project but the larger community as well.
