The project includes a traffic signal at Vasquez/62nd, which is needed to provide traffic movements which will be restricted from the Vasquez/60th signal to and from the local street system. The new Vasquez/62nd intersection will provide new full, signalized access for the local community to the regional transportation system, as well as new pedestrian and bicyclist facilities with a multimodal path along Vasquez Boulevard along with sidewalk improvements in the surrounding area.
