Napoleon Township is in desperate need of water system improvements as they are currently outgrowing their existing water system. In keeping with intergovernmental cooperation and the State of Michigan, Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy desire combine water systems, the City of Jackson and Napoleon Township have studied the installation of a water transmission main connection from the City\u2019s water distribution system to Napoleon Township. This project is crucial to the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of Napoleon Township. Allowing the access to clean safe drinking water to both their residential and non-residential users.
