The City of Fairview Park is seeking funding to implement the Gemini Regional Civic Improvement Project, Phase 1. This shovel-ready project includes critical repairs to the natatorium ventilation system of the Gemini Center, the City's community and recreation complex, which is located within a low- and-moderate block group and adjacent to two (2) additional LMI block groups.

Through this appropriation, the City of Euclid aspires to plan and construct an off-road, 10' wide paved multi-modal trail along the corridor as recommended by the locally adopted 'Euclid Avenue TLCI Plan'. The Upper Ridgewood Basin Improvement Project is located within the City of Parma, within a public park owned by the City of Parma and is a wet retention basin along Big Creek, a tributary to the Cuyahoga River. Most of this area within the City of Parma was developed without stormwater detention regulations in place, so modifications of existing facilities now will assist in mitigating flooding in the area.
